Chief Brand Officer
Jeffrey Lau is Air & Water Solutions’ chief brand officer reporting to CEO Sam Sofer. He oversees the branding, advertising, marketing, public relations and customer service departments to maintain a consistent overall brand experience for BioOx.
He also drives the company’s brand strategy initiatives and works with sales and marketing to predict future market investments.
From 2005 - 2018, Jeffrey lead an award winning photography career in both commercial advertising and photojournalism. He has worked with commercial clients such as Louis Vuitton, Tom Ford, Samsung, Lenovo, Motorola, Target, Clinique, and Citroen.
He also covered international news and long-form features for The New York Times, Wall Street Journal, The Guardian, Los Angeles Times, Chicago Tribune, IHT, CNN International, Pulitzer Center for Crisis Reporting, GQ (Japan), MSNBC, People, Science, and Architectural Record among others.
Jeffrey has lectured on the topics of “overseas photojournalism”, “the human cost of global modernization”, “U.S. / China foreign relations”, and “forced displacement” at various universities, private trusts, non-profit foundations, and NGOs.
Jeffrey attended the School of Visual Arts in New York with a concentration in graphic design and is a life-time New Yorker.
