Jonathan Benz is currently the Chief Executive Officer of the biotechnology company, BioOx, as well as the Founder and Owner of J&M Retrievers and Kennels, Bark and Bath Dog Day Spa, White Bridge Stables, and J & M Pet Services LLC all based in Minnesota.  His experience is diverse, as he began his career in law enforcement (LE) with numerous years of supervisory roles then facilitated a career pivot to entrepreneurship while still working in LE.  While leading two successful regional service orientated businesses and later adding two others, Jon became a part of the leadership team at BioOx.

Jon uses his vast skill set of leadership, operations, and critical thinking at the biotechnology company BioOx, which specializes in enzymes that use the natural process our planet uses to heal itself and applies that technology to issues of air, water, soil, and body. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Natural Resources Law Enforcement from the University of Minnesota.  Applying numerous skills from leadership, technology use, operations, employee management, and high customer service skills Jon is able to lead numerous facets of the BioOx team as the company continues to grow.
