Lisa Routel, BS, MBA, is the Chief Strategy Officer at BioOx.

BioOx is an innovative biotechnology company based on the science of oxygen, and we have a whole family of products, ranging from: air scrubbers, plant-growth supplements, water supplements, as well as blood oxygen measurement technology, all of which use our patented biological technology. Lisa’s career began as a research scientist in process development at Pfizer, where she optimized reaction conditions for compounds used in clinical trials and holds a patent and publication for her research discoveries.

 She then made a career pivot to strategy, marketing, and operations following business school, and she currently leads business strategy at BioOx. Prior to BioOx, Lisa held leadership positions at global brands, such as: Verizon, Jaguar Land Rover, and Home Box Office (HBO). She holds a BS in Chemistry from Gettysburg College and an MBA from the New York University Stern School of Business, as well as certificates from Wharton Executive Education and Columbia Business School.
